About the role

  • Perform PRE-FAT/FAT of BWT Pharma plants of all types (including purification stages for purified water and control cabinets) at the Bietigheim site: hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical
  • Test bench organization and planning
  • Execution and leadership of FATs on the test bench
  • Carry out acceptance tests and qualifications together with project management and the customer
  • Perform service and maintenance work on pharma plants of all types domestically and abroad
  • Perform qualifications and acceptances after commissioning at home and abroad
  • Perform recalibrations and functional tests
  • Consulting, technical support, audits
  • Other tasks as required (role-related)

Requirements

  • Technician-level vocational training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician) or equivalent qualification
  • Certified electrical specialist (Elektrofachkraft), or alternatively an electrical specialist for defined activities
  • Ideally experience and understanding of mechanical and control-engineering processes in plant technology
  • Experience with water treatment systems (reverse osmosis, EDI, etc.) is an advantage
  • MSR (measurement, control and regulation) knowledge desirable (Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally on business
