About the role
- Commissioning of systems domestically and internationally
- Execution of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical commissioning of pharmaceutical systems
- Qualifications and acceptance tests
- Independent execution of qualification activities and final acceptance after successful commissioning – national and international
- Service assignments for pharmaceutical systems
- Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of systems of various designs
- Technical consulting and support
- Point of contact for customers on technical questions as well as conducting audits and support visits
- Recalibrations and functional tests
- Performing regular recalibrations and comprehensive functional tests to ensure system quality
- Support for FATs
- Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to ensure quality prior to delivery
- Additional role-related tasks
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required by specific project demands
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Process Engineering or Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., S7; TIA Portal is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Process-engineering fundamentals: understanding of the design and operation of process systems in the generation, storage and distribution of WFI, PW, RD…
- Hydraulics, pressure and chemistry: advanced basic knowledge and practical experience in these areas are required
- HMI operation: experience operating Human Machine Interfaces is required
- Automation technology: experience with automation systems and working with control cabinets, sensor technology, etc.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field (commissioning, service, process engineering)
