- Assist with client consultations on insurance and financial solutions

Requirements
- At least a secondary school diploma; ideally A-levels (Abitur) or a business/commercial background
- Strong interest in real estate, finance and wealth building

- Willingness to learn and self-discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to actively participate in events
- Excellent German language skills
- Advantageous: initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Interest in IHK qualifications (e.g., §34d, §34f or §34i, §34c GewO)
