About the role
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including EIBs (inbound/outbound), Workday Connectors, RaaS, Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI), and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints.
- Provide guidance on integration best practices and translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday integrations.
- Strong working knowledge of RaaS and hands-on experience with WECI.
- Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
- Deep understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
- Expertise in EIBs (inbound/outbound) and Workday Connectors (including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent analytical skills.
