Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including EIBs (inbound/outbound), Workday Connectors, RaaS, Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI), and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints.
Provide guidance on integration best practices and translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday integrations.
Strong working knowledge of RaaS and hands-on experience with WECI.
Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
Deep understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
Expertise in EIBs (inbound/outbound) and Workday Connectors (including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent analytical skills.
