About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of the firm’s marketing and communications activities;
Create, adapt and layout institutional materials (posts, presentations, internal campaigns and communication pieces);
Provide support for institutional campaigns and internal communications (employee engagement) initiatives;
Coordinate and execute internal events (vendors, budgets, logistics and setup);
Organize, update and standardize department materials;
Support day-to-day operational requests, ensuring deadlines are met and visual quality is maintained;
Liaise with leadership and external partners, following strategic guidelines and the firm’s brand identity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields;
Experience with general marketing routines and tasks;
Proficiency with tools for creating and editing materials (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite);
Strong organizational skills, prioritization and the ability to handle multiple requests;
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
Experience with events is a plus.
