Requirements
- A CPA
- 10+ years leading the Finance function in a range of small and mid-sized organizations
- Suite of interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in contracting and negotiating with stakeholders
- Broad knowledge and experience of accounting, budgeting, tax, audit, human resources/payroll and corporate governance
- Ability to evaluate accounting systems and controls
