HR Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver first class HR support to an existing portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects
- Be the main contact for a portfolio of clients and deliver a fully outsourced HR service
- Agree and finalise handbooks and contracts of employment
- Consult on employee relations issues
- Help clients develop a people strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience at a senior level dealing with tricky employee relations cases
- Managing change programmes
- Developing people strategies
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application through best practice across a broad range of initiatives
- High aptitude for technology
