About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Welcome new clients after engagement agreements are signed
  • Explain onboarding requirements and next steps
  • Assist clients with onboarding forms and questionnaires
  • Monitor onboarding progress
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to production
  • Request required client documents
  • Follow up on missing information
  • Track document collection deadlines
  • Maintain document collection status within CRM
  • Ensure internal teams receive complete information
  • Identify project delays and blockers
  • Communicate with clients regarding missing items
  • Coordinate with internal teams to remove obstacles
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and team members
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Update project statuses
  • Record client communications
  • Track open tasks and follow-ups
  • Serve as a trusted client contact
  • Respond professionally to client inquiries
  • Provide project status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, client relations, executive assistance, administrative coordination, or project coordination.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting U.S.-based clients.
