Accounting Manager

• Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for 10-20 clients
• Assist in responding to IRS and state agency inquiries, audits, and notices
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and high-quality service
• Manage and review preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profits
• Supervise accountants in closing monthly financial results for clients
• Prepare business and personal tax returns and estimates
• Provide tax planning and strategic advice
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation of best practices in tax workflows
