About the role

  • You provide planning services in accordance with the performance phases of HOAI/VDI and design sprinkler systems according to VdS / NFPA or FM Global standards
  • You assist in determining and verifying project realization costs
  • You contribute to the preparation of tender documentation
  • Together with experienced colleagues you take on the technical coordination of the design disciplines
  • Collaboration with architects, clients and other specialist consultants
  • You present and communicate planning results within the team and, when required, at external meetings

Requirements

  • Degree (Dipl.-Ing.), Master Craftsman, Technician, Bachelor or Master in Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field
  • Good knowledge of German standards
  • Solid Revit skills and experience with specialist software such as SpriCAD/WinSprink (IDAT), MagiCAD Sprinkler Designer or SprinkCAD
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility
  • Commitment and ability to consistently develop and present technically excellent solutions
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
