About the role
- Primary point of contact for our national and international customers
- Act as the interface between customers, development and production to ensure technical requirements are met
- Recalculation of costs for existing products
- Preparatory tasks for quotation preparation (manufacturability/feasibility assessments, cost calculations)
- Preparation of quotations and follow-up
- Customer support during the project phase and participation in the project team up to the start of series production
- Maintenance of master data and sales-related documentation
- Support the project team in customer communications
- Provision of statistics and preparation of presentations
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Ideally, professional experience in a sales environment
- Commercial acumen and an interest in technical matters
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Fast learner with a strong customer orientation
- Independent and responsible working style
