About the role

  • Design end-to-end experiences for Burai features
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces
  • Elevate the quality bar for our user experience and contribute to our design system
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure your design aligns with the product vision and technical execution
  • Work alongside engineering to refine implemented designs, holding a high standard to ensure work is accessible, performant and scalable
  • Be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and across other areas of the business to support design needs
  • Help shape a product that is intuitive, engaging and user-friendly
  • Work with a Senior Product Designer to implement established strategies and gain hands-on experience with new methodologies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design. Ideally, in a startup, agency, or product-focused company
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high quality product design work, from insight to execution that demonstrates business impact and excellent UX/UI craft
  • Skilled in driving a human-centered design approach, clearly communicating design work informed by research and data
  • Experience designing and shipping web and/or native mobile applications
  • Proactive, organized, curious, empathetic
  • Deep experience with working in Figma
  • Experience with using and maintaining design systems
