About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitoring import orders and samples from loading scheduling through delivery to the customer;
- Requesting sea, air and road reservations;
- Issuing import documents (Invoice and Packing List) and checking other documents: BL/AWB/CRT, CO, COA and MSDS;
- Following up with intermediaries involved in the processes: factory, domestic carrier, customs broker, freight forwarder or shipowner, general cargo terminals, bonded terminals and courier service companies, to ensure each stage is completed within the deadline;
- Communicating with international customers via email and phone;
- Verifying and controlling expenses related to import processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics or Foreign Trade;
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of foreign trade legislation;
- Experience with foreign trade routines/operations;
- Availability to work in Indaiatuba.
- Preferred:
- Intermediate English (for reading, writing and telephone communication);
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience with ERP – Proteus;
- Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
