About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Webflow builds from scoping through launch
Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready websites with high visual fidelity
Collaborate with designers to preserve design intent across screen sizes, browsers, and technical constraints
Develop and execute QA processes for personal builds and freelance developers’ builds
Build custom components, interactions, transitions, and animations
Implement custom CSS, JavaScript, third-party tools, APIs, and integrations
Make technical decisions regarding accessibility, SEO, performance, browser compatibility, and maintainability
Review freelance developers’ work and establish development best practices
Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend current web technologies and industry trends
Work directly with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and proactive solutions
Lead build handoffs and create walkthroughs enabling clients to manage websites autonomously

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of front-end development experience
Portfolio of polished, live websites
Experience building highly interactive or animation-heavy Webflow sites
Experience with GSAP, Rive, Lottie, custom JavaScript, WebGL, Three.js, or other advanced web animation workflows
Experience developing reusable Webflow systems, components, and scalable CMS architectures
Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics platforms, marketing tools, or custom applications into Webflow
Experience providing technical direction or reviewing work from other developers
Experience working with teams in Figma
Experience with SEO optimization and web accessibility best practices
Approximately five hours of overlap with Eastern Time
Ability to provide a portfolio link and/or three recently developed live Webflow sites
Ability to include current bandwidth and earliest availability in the application
