About the role
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with bunq's international users and reshape their financial freedom experience
- Secure high-impact B2C media coverage across key international markets by pitching stories and managing media relations
- Spearhead thought leadership strategy by managing PR agencies to create and execute data-driven research projects and campaigns
- Identify and secure top-tier B2C speaking opportunities, transforming spokespeople into influential voices
- Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and articles, tailoring content to different customer personas and media outlets
- Represent bunq at media and events to build and maintain brand reputation
Requirements
- Proven background in developing and executing impactful B2C media campaigns from start to finish
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling thought leadership that resonates with specific customer personas
- Sharp, persuasive writing and a black book of contacts in lifestyle and consumer media
- Thrive working autonomously and taking full ownership of projects with minimal supervision
- Genuine curiosity and intrinsic motivation to explore and leverage AI to enhance PR and media workflows
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support key events and connect with media in person
- Fluent in English
