About the role
- Writing short, actionable, and precise Italian copy for the bunq app, ensuring clarity and guidance for our user
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners and UX Designers to create seamless user experiences tailored to our users’ needs
- Developing and maintaining messaging frameworks that uphold bunq's tone of voice while assessing their effectiveness
- Using product testing methods like A/B testing and usability studies to evaluate and iterate on UX copy based on user behavior and preferences
- Embedding your copy directly into prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring cohesive design and content integration
- Balancing inspiration and practicality in your messaging to guide our user without overwhelming them
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (Dutch, French, or German are a plus)
- Proven background in UX writing, crafting user-first copy that makes digital experiences both clear and delightful
- Comfortable using design and prototyping tools like Figma, seamlessly embedding copy into user flows
- Impeccable eye for detail, ensuring flawless grammar, consistency, and alignment with bunq’s tone of voice
- Master of written communication, able to turn complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and empathetic Italian copy
- Deeply service-oriented, using feedback, data, and A/B testing to continuously improve clarity and effectiveness
