About the role

  • Prepare solutions for topic-specific issues
  • Provide input and expertise for negotiations in external committees
  • Advise members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) on implementing legal requirements
  • Represent provider organizations vis-à-vis authorities and payers
  • Perform cost-relevant calculations and assessments in care
  • Advise member companies in the outpatient sector and/or in integration assistance

Requirements

  • University degree in Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, Nursing Science, Health Care Management, Health Economics, Business Law or Law
  • Solid knowledge of nursing/care and social law (German Social Code: SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII)
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ideally experience in association work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject matter
