About the role

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal software development and deployment processes, and operate modern IT applications based on current technologies
  • Implement monitoring and alerting, maintain and further develop existing software, and migrate systems to new technologies and standards
  • Secure services, including the deployment of authentication and authorization services
  • Conduct requirements analysis, design and specification, followed by implementation of new solutions
  • Bug fixing, bug tracking, and providing 2nd/3rd-level support in collaboration with other operations teams
  • Use and maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in internal projects

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or equivalent vocational training
  • Knowledge of traditional and agile development tasks, as well as software architectures and data models
  • Experience with Ansible and container-based software deployment
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and with test automation and relevant tools or frameworks
  • German language skills at least C1 level and English skills at least B2 level
  • Responsible, team-oriented working style, customer focus, and willingness to engage in continuous professional development
