About the role
- Develop and update security concepts and other security documentation according to IT-Grundschutz
- Verify compliance with technical, organizational and procedural security requirements
- Conduct risk analyses
- Advise on and support the implementation of improvement measures
- Assist with external certification audits and regulatory reviews
Requirements
- Degree in security management, business administration, computer science, business informatics or a related field, or alternatively a completed vocational training (e.g., IT specialist)
- Relevant professional experience in information security, ideally within Information Security Management (ISMS)
- Experience implementing security processes according to IT-Grundschutz
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI, technical guidelines, etc.)
- Structured and analytical working style, initiative, strong communication skills across different levels, and team spirit
