About the role
- Responsibility for planning, steering and successful implementation of projects in the areas of AI, data analytics, digital administration and digital credentials
- Bid management: definition and development of the project management methodology and project management services for proposal and contract preparation; identification and control of change requests
- Project leadership: establishing the project structure while taking project framework conditions into account
- Project control: ensuring contractual objectives (scope, quality, cost, schedule), planning milestones and managing resources across all project phases
- Customer & stakeholder management: contract controlling, committee work and collaboration with clients and end customers; coordination of all roles and stakeholders involved in the project
- Controlling and reporting: budget planning, risk management, project documentation and escalation management
- Decision management: systematic planning, analysis and preparation of decision requirements in a management-ready format
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience leading large-scale IT projects, ideally in a consulting environment or in regulated industries such as IT security or digital administration & identities, with proven competence in the subject-matter leadership of project teams
- Solid knowledge of project and risk management, controlling and reporting
- Experience in contract design as well as in business and value-creation processes in systems business
- High personal responsibility, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
- Business-fluent English skills and willingness to travel for project assignments
- Ideally certified by PMI, ITIL or similar organizations
