About the role

  • Coordination and further development of the group-wide risk/opportunity management system, as well as conducting user training
  • Development of RCM guidelines for decentralized RCM managers and the advancement of methods, metrics and processes for risk quantification
  • Preparation and execution of audits and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Coordination and moderation of communication formats to validate the operational risk and opportunity situation of the Bundesdruckerei Group
  • Review, validation and consolidation of risk/opportunity reports from all process participants at group level
  • Preparation of reporting to executive management and supervisory bodies
  • Responsibility for planning and forecast preparation, participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support during external audits
  • Regular reporting of key performance indicators, including variance analyses and identification of strategic courses of action
  • Analysis of complex business management issues and preparation of decision papers

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Informatics (Business Information Systems) or Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role (ideally within a corporate group) with relevant expertise in risk and opportunity management, controlling and reporting
  • Strong numerical aptitude and a solid understanding of business and economic relationships
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word) and SAP (in particular FI, CO, MM, SD)
  • Independent and reliable working style, confident presence, and strong moderation, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external contacts (German language skills at least C1 level), assertiveness and team orientation
