About the role
- Detailed planning and technical preparation of all external audits within D-Trust in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Facilitation and coordination of audit appointments as the central interface between external auditors and internal teams
- Review, approval and follow-up of audit reports and coordinated handover of evidence in close alignment with the departments
- Coordination of the remediation of findings from audits and penetration tests
- Ensuring substantive and timely resolution of issues
- Communication with and management of supervisory and conformity-assessment bodies and service providers
- Annual planning of audits and penetration tests
- End-to-end planning, coordination, execution and follow-up of internal audits
- Special assignments
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, a natural science, or a comparable field; alternatively several years of professional experience in the described area
- Strong facilitation and project management skills
- Very good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ETSI, eIDAS), technical guidelines from the BSI, and the requirements of various root store programs is desirable
- Pragmatic, structured and analytical working style, plus confident documentation and presentation skills, good communication skills and team spirit
- Language skills: German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
