About the role

  • Build and operate a highly secure platform for digitalizing public administration within a cross-functional Scrum team
  • Design, implement and deploy customer-specific software solutions
  • Test-driven development using modern standard technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Kubernetes, and SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Build and evolve telemetry and continuous deployment pipelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience in software development with Spring Boot and Java
  • Knowledge of modern software architectures and agile practices such as test-driven development (TDD), clean code, and pair programming, as well as experience in visualization
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and in building CI/CD pipelines
  • Frontend experience with React and TypeScript; knowledge of additional programming languages is desirable
  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the team and possess strong communication skills for coordination processes
  • Good English and German skills (at least B2 level)
