About the role

  • Configure and manage all components of the SINA product portfolio via the SINA management system
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of SINA products, including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance
  • Build, configure, and administer the networks to be protected and define the security relationships between SINA components
  • Perform root-cause and fault analyses in the SINA environment and in the virtual guest systems of the SINA workstation
  • Produce technical documentation for implemented procedures and infrastructure
  • Implement mechanisms for strict control of access to sensitive data
  • Support the design and development of monitoring solutions to observe SINA systems and contribute to the development of security concepts

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) with professional experience in system administration and solid knowledge of SINA products
  • Experience with the SINA architecture for secure data processing and experience in developing security concepts
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, with particular expertise in VPNs
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting, as well as administration of virtual environments and backup systems
  • Knowledge of authentication methods and data backup procedures
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment to an open error culture, and strong team spirit
