About the role

  • Responsible for the design, planning and continuous development of an existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform
  • Developing and continuously evolving IAM architectures
  • Optimizing and enhancing the IAM platform and associated processes
  • Receiving technical requirements and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with the project team to develop and implement a long-term strategic direction
  • Defining security concepts that take regulatory requirements, standards and laws into account to implement a scalable and secure IAM platform
  • Supporting and participating in technical implementation, including code reviews and architecture documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, the natural sciences or a related field, or several years of professional experience in the relevant area
  • Practical experience in Identity and Access Management, ideally with Keycloak or comparable solutions
  • Experience implementing regulatory requirements such as eIDAS, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and BSI guidelines
  • Very good understanding of IAM protocols (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
  • Structured and analytical working style, with strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Good German and English skills and strong communication abilities
