About the role

  • Design, planning, operation and further development of the identity and access management infrastructure
  • Development and further enhancement of workflows in the deployed identity management system
  • Shared responsibility for identity management processes
  • Advising on product and project requirements
  • Documenting work results
  • Independent, end-to-end analysis and resolution of IT incidents and service requests (2nd-level ticket support)
  • Deriving improvements to internal (technical) processes to proactively reduce incidents and improve handling of service requests

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with identity management applications desirable (SAP IDM) and development in these environments
  • Experience as a developer/DevOps engineer with a focus on Java / JavaScript
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and others)
  • Basic knowledge of API architectures (REST)
  • Interface management (e.g., SAP ABAP system integrations)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP directory services and HTML5 / CSS
  • Team player with an analytical, service-oriented working style
  • Demonstrable German language skills (minimum level B2)
