About the role
- Technical leadership and establishment of the Security Project Advisory team in the area of classified communications
- Independent management and advisory support of projects on security matters
- Preparation and updating of security concepts and other security documentation
- Reviewing compliance with security requirements and conducting risk analyses
- Developing, recommending, and evaluating measures to improve security and monitoring their effectiveness
- Advising internal and external clients from requirements gathering to solution design on information security and classified information protection issues
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, computer science, security management, business informatics, or a related field
- Alternatively, a completed vocational qualification (e.g., IT specialist)
- Experience in the (technical) leadership of consulting teams
- Relevant professional experience in consulting on information security and classified information protection, including support of complex security projects
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, classified information protection, project management, etc.)
- Independent and structured working style with high quality standards and strong customer orientation
- Confident demeanor and presentation skills, as well as ability to work in teams and collaborate
- Analytical approach and enjoyment in developing own ideas
