About the role
- Implement, operate and further develop the company-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to BSI standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the development, implementation and updating of security policies and processes
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring security measures
- Present security status reports and identify potential risks
- Initiate measures for the continuous improvement of information security
- Advise internal and external stakeholders during requirements gathering
Requirements
- Completed degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- Alternatively, completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist)
- Relevant professional experience and extensive knowledge in information security
- Practical experience applying relevant standards and norms
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification
- Independent and structured working style
- Confident demeanor, persuasive communication, decisiveness, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills
