About the role
- Acquisition and onboarding of new partners and projects, as well as the development of partner programs
- Responsibility for the end-to-end development of partners' sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functions
- Selling complex, consultative solutions, products, and services
- Maintaining and expanding existing partner and customer relationships
- Independently organizing and participating in trade shows, customer events, and sales events
- Leading contract negotiations with sales and project partners and conducting closing-oriented negotiations with partners and customers
Requirements
- University degree, e.g., in STEM subjects, economics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in partner sales for complex and large-scale solutions, products, or services, or experience in consulting and building partner-led new business
- Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in cloud technologies, certificates, SaaS, data analysis, and VS‑NfD
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with strong communication and moderation/facilitation abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach to closing deals
- Ability to think and act commercially and to handle resources responsibly
- Advanced English language skills
