About the role
- Acquisition of new clients and projects, including cold calling
- Responsible for the holistic development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other functional areas
- Operational business development, client acquisition and order generation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Sales of complex, consultative solutions, products and services
- Management and expansion of existing client relationships
- Independent organization of and participation in trade shows, client events and sales events
- Lead role in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and closing-oriented negotiations with clients
Requirements
- Completed university degree, e.g., in STEM subjects, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in selling complex and high-volume solutions, products or services, or in consulting and business development
- Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in Cloud, Software/Apps, Data Analysis, VS NfD
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with strong communication and facilitation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented working style
- Ability to think and act commercially and to manage resources responsibly
- Advanced English skills
