About the role
- Develop and apply tools for portfolio and project assessment and governance
- Independently manage CTO meetings and committees, including preparing decision papers and tracking resolutions
- Structure strategy and roadmap processes across business areas; prepare options, risks and recommendations tailored to the audience
- Lead implementation of follow-up and change-management processes with business units, departments, subsidiaries and external stakeholders
- Actively support product ideation and ecosystem orchestration, especially for new products with a strong focus on user-centered design
- Draft briefings, speeches and management materials in German and English
Requirements
- University degree in a technical, business or social science discipline
- Several years of experience with complex IT projects in software, cloud, data & AI and their management; ideally in the context of ministries and public authorities
- Preferable expertise in agile/user-centered software development, Data & AI or architecture, as well as multi-project/ transformation management and cloud fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, structuring and writing skills
- Team player with strong communication skills up to executive level, discretion, and a proactive, forward-looking working style
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and a confident, composed manner even in demanding situations
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1)
