About the role
- Automating IT processes (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment) as well as independently performing administration and configuration tasks
- Deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Evaluating new technologies and continuously developing expertise in the relevant area
- Developing managed services to simplify development and operations processes
- Providing technical and technological advice to Product Owner and Software Engineering teams on product and project requirements
- Communicating and disseminating technologies within the organization
- Planning and supporting internal projects, possibly taking on technical and organizational responsibility for projects or subprojects
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree or comparable IT-focused training and relevant professional experience in the IT field
- Expertise in working with Docker/Kubernetes, ideally practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift or K3s
- Experience in software development, automation—especially in DevOps environments—and administration of Windows, Linux, and/or macOS systems
- Analytical, service-oriented working style and enjoyment of working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong moderation, presentation and explanatory skills for complex technical issues
- Good written and spoken English skills
