About the role
- Conduct security analyses and develop concepts for the systematic advancement of security management
- Advise business units on implementing security requirements for the planning and execution of corporate activities and projects
- Advise executive management and leadership on security-related incidents, including preparing decision papers and recommendations for the Bundesdruckerei Group’s security strategy
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including reporting to the Bundesdruckerei Group’s business units
- Perform risk management for corporate and information security and maintain corporate security during emergencies or crises
- Take responsibility for handling security incidents and develop and deliver security awareness measures
- Support management system owners in planning, implementing and evaluating management systems
Requirements
- Degree in a field related to Information Security Management or equivalent training with relevant practical experience in the tasks described above
- Solid expertise and relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: management system auditing, IT-Grundschutz (IT Baseline Protection), physical security, risk management, security of production processes
- Extensive experience in the technical leadership of work and project groups
- IT knowledge in the context of cyber security architectures (e.g., operating systems, applications and network topologies)
- Team-oriented working style across departmental boundaries, ability to communicate appropriately to different audiences and levels, and expertise in visualizing and presenting complex security topics
