About the role
- Responsible for selling glass, metal framework, and hardware products and installation services.
- Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
- Performs customer instruction on various glass components and functionality.
- Organizes and utilizes technical resources to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain daily reporting.
- Relationship building, networking, cold calling, canvasing, and meeting with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have one or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
- Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking.
- Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
