About the role
- Contribute to company planning and forecasting
- Prepare management reporting, perform variance (planned vs. actual) analyses and derive actionable recommendations
- Ongoing analysis and monitoring of business performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks
- Close collaboration with Accounting, Sales, Production/Plant and Management to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and optimize the internal control system and controlling tools
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification — or several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of practical experience in controlling or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex relationships and a high affinity for numbers
- Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Confident user of Excel, BI tools and ERP systems
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
