About the role
- Overall responsibility for operational finance and accounting (bookkeeping, controlling, reporting)
- Cost accounting in an industrial environment, with a focus on order-related manufacturing
- Execution of accounting tasks and group consolidations
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Further development and optimization of financial processes and systems
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
- Liquidity planning, cash flow management and risk controlling
- Close collaboration with operational departments and executive management
- Leadership and development of the finance team
- Point of contact for external parties such as tax advisors, auditors and banks
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in a responsible, operational finance role
- Solid knowledge in controlling, group accounting, cost accounting in an industrial environment, financial accounting, group consolidation and tax law
- Strong numerical affinity, strategic thinking and a solid understanding of operational interdependencies
- Leadership experience and willingness to lead, manage and further develop the operational finance team
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
