About the role
- IT specialists in the System Integration field plan, install and operate or manage IT systems.
- You will act as our in-house IT service provider.
- You will learn how to advise departments and colleagues on the selection and deployment of hardware and software components.
- Setting up new systems is part of your training, as is their maintenance and operation.
- Creating technical documentation and conducting training sessions for colleagues outside of IT are also among your responsibilities.
- In addition, you will learn how to analyze, isolate and fix faults and errors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Your training also includes understanding company workflows and processes, getting to know how the different departments work together and supporting them with IT solutions.
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
- Interest in new technologies
- Technical aptitude
- Strong willingness to learn and service-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking as well as creativity
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Communication skills and ability to work independently
