Assist in professionally repurposing long-form video content into high-performing short formats for social media.
Regularly create attention-grabbing Shorts and Reels from approximately 2 hours of raw footage that boost reach, engagement and growth.
Edit strong short-form clips from long-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Prepare hooks, openings and narrative arcs so clips generate immediate attention.
Cleanly apply subtitles, jump cuts, zooms and simple motion elements.
Identify content suitable for viral or high-reach short formats, either using AI or independently.
Independently propose clip selections, titles, captions and posting ideas.
Continuously analyze performance and optimize results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience editing short-form content, ideally for social media.
A good sense for strong hooks, storytelling and attention-grabbing editing.
Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or comparable tools.
Interest in finance, trading or business content is a plus.
Reliable, independent and structured working style.
Interest in a long-term collaboration with increasing content output.
