Key responsibilities & impact

Support across the entire podcast production: booking guests, scheduling, and researching guests and topics
Operations optimization: coordinating Riverside recordings, post-production (audio/video editing), and uploading to platforms like Spotify and YouTube
Growth projects: content strategy, monetization, and community building
Strategic right-hand role: project management, analytics review, and process automation — significant scope to shape the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for trading/investing and podcasts
Ideally experience in content creation or startup operations
Strong organizational skills and structured thinking
Fluent in German (native speaker preferred)
Team player with initiative — you enjoy early-stage environments and work efficiently.
