About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
- Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
- Track and review client progress
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
- ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
