About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess and maintain client relationships throughout the contract and project warranty period
- Coordinate project planning services including estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and reporting
- Conduct estimates for self-performed scopes of work
- Establish project goals for schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, EEO, and reporting
- Manage client quality standards, expectations, priorities, and punch list evaluations
- Oversee processing and authorization of project information, field work orders, bulletins, and change orders
- Ensure professional management services are properly delivered by the CMAC team and contracted trades, vendors, consultants, and suppliers
- Define project goals, priorities, resource allocation, staffing requirements, staffing plans, work plans, and phase schedules
- Establish subcontract agreements and work scopes, and communicate trade coordination, safety, and quality expectations
- Clarify performance requirements through project documents, presentations, and project meetings
- Determine the Builder’s Risk Insurance approach and ensure required coverage amounts and dates
- Analyze project financial information and expenditures and prepare monthly internal and external evaluations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or other relevant coursework
- Five (5) or more years of work experience in construction or a related job field
- Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience accepted
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including drug and background screening
