About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Exercise independent judgment in reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring the progress of owner agreements
Identify and assess contractual risks by evaluating complex terms and conditions
Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders by providing feedback on contract interpretation and compliance
Prepare and modify legal and contractual documents using established templates
Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide contract templates, tools, and documentation standards
Assist with delivery of contract-related training, guidance, and resources to internal teams
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, legal developments, and emerging issues
Assist with addressing complex project-related issues and support claims and disputes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, legal or paralegal studies, or related field
3 – 5 years of progressive experience in contract administration, contract management, risk management, or compliance
Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience
Paralegal certification or other contract related certifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity
