About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the reliability of our analytics infrastructure as the single source of truth for the organization.
  • Extract and compile user acquisition (UA) data to identify growth opportunities and maximize ROAS.
  • Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources using Excel and Google Sheets to bridge information gaps.
  • Conduct in-depth cohort analyses in Amplitude to uncover behavioral trends and forecast LTV.
  • Design high-level Tableau reports that synthesize the overall picture to support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance across a portfolio of more than 25 apps to detect edge cases and anomalies.
  • Assess Budge’s apps using a standardized analytics framework to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and analyze multivariate tests to materially improve product performance.
  • Proactively recommend feature improvements based on data-driven analyses and learnings.
  • Effectively communicate insights through clear, actionable presentations and reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in product data analysis, ideally in mobile apps or the video game industry.
  • Proven experience with Amplitude and Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets for modeling and data cleaning.
  • Strong understanding of retention cohorts, funnels, and ROAS/LTV metrics.
  • A “data detective” mindset for spotting anomalies and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing projects with a high level of data integrity.
  • Ability to work with granular data while remaining focused on overall business objectives.
