About the role
- Processing incoming client engagement requests
- Proactive organization and follow-up of outbound marketing
- Independently creating and tracking quotes and proposals
- Entering and maintaining client data
- Comprehensive customer support
- Close collaboration with internal departments
- Independently preparing and executing internal projects
- Acting as the afternoon point of contact by phone
- As a strong organizer, supporting the administration team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Weekly reporting
- Preparation of reports and ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training preferred
- Inside sales / sales experience
- You enjoy personal achievements and are motivated by challenges
- Independent and proactive working style, with a team-player mentality
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- High level of reliability, commitment and strong interpersonal skills
- Resilient, professional and solution-oriented — even in demanding situations
- Strong IT affinity and comfort with digital tools; we work 100% remotely and use software such as Teams, Asana, Slack, Addison, etc.
