About the role

  • Processing incoming client engagement requests
  • Proactive organization and follow-up of outbound marketing
  • Independently creating and tracking quotes and proposals
  • Entering and maintaining client data
  • Comprehensive customer support
  • Close collaboration with internal departments
  • Independently preparing and executing internal projects
  • Acting as the afternoon point of contact by phone
  • As a strong organizer, supporting the administration team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Weekly reporting
  • Preparation of reports and ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training preferred
  • Inside sales / sales experience
  • You enjoy personal achievements and are motivated by challenges
  • Independent and proactive working style, with a team-player mentality
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • High level of reliability, commitment and strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, professional and solution-oriented — even in demanding situations
  • Strong IT affinity and comfort with digital tools; we work 100% remotely and use software such as Teams, Asana, Slack, Addison, etc.
