About the role
- Assist in co-producing livestreams, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Coordinate episode planning, scripting, scheduling, and guest communication across video properties
- Manage YouTube sub-channels and video podcasts, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, playlists, and publishing schedule
- Monitor channel performance analytics and identify trends to optimize reach and engagement
- Support live broadcast operations with technical setup, recording, and streaming
- Collaborate with video editors to ensure post-production deadlines are met
- Help maintain project tracking and documentation for content workflows
- Provide day-to-day support for the Multimedia Director and broader media team on content deliverables
Requirements
- highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience using YouTube Studio or podcast platforms (RSS feed managers, Spotify, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of video production workflows, livestreaming tools, or podcasting software
- Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, social insights, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with OBS, Restream, Riverside, or similar production tools
