About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identifying relevant YouTube and social media trends to develop new formats
Designing and iterating video formats, scripts, and storylines
Production and post-production of video content (YouTube & social media)
Using modern editing techniques and motion graphics to increase watch time and engagement
Creating click-enticing titles, thumbnails, and video descriptions (SEO- and CTR-optimized)
Managing and technically implementing livestreams
Analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs (CTR, retention, views, engagement)
Continuously optimizing workflows and processes within the video team
Close collaboration with editorial staff, presenters, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in video production, YouTube, or social media content
Strong understanding of YouTube mechanics (CTR, retention, watch time)
Good sense for trends, formats, and storytelling in the digital space
Experience with common editing tools and motion graphics
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Interest in Bitcoin, crypto, and financial topics
