About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of the project team, you support the implementation of tailored ERP solutions in service companies
You will conduct training for end users and administrators
In workshops you gather customer requirements and plan implementation steps together with colleagues and external contacts
Software testing and quality assurance are also part of your responsibilities to ensure a satisfactory result for the customer
Providing customer support for technical and content-related questions completes your area of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration, economics, or a technical discipline
Team player with strong communication skills
Curiosity, a sense of responsibility, and a technical affinity
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Initial professional experience through working-student positions or internships is a plus
Optional: initial knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / NAV / Business Central, Power BI, or Power Apps
