Billing Specialist, French Speaking – 9 Month Maternity Cover

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the billing activities and inquiries for the French office
- Communicate billing requirements accurately and promptly
- Log and distribute queries to the correct area of BSI
- Issue pro rata and yearly AMF invoices
- Handle day-to-day correspondence from clients ensuring prompt responses
- Work as part of the billing team to ensure all documents are raised promptly and accurately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience within a Billing or similar finance role
- Fluent in French
- Experience with manual billing processes
- Proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in a high-volume operating business
- Good numerical skills and experience of using Excel with the confidence to make tables and understand them
- Excellent attention to detail
- An aptitude to understand and assist with accounting entries
- Ability to respond to queries politely and promptly, dealing effectively with challenging situations
- Proactive and organised mindset in ensuring that billing is accurate to minimise queries or errors
