Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve sales targets across Certification and Training solutions
- Develop and manage key client relationships, including C-level stakeholders
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Grow and retain existing accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and reporting
- Support and execute strategic sales initiatives across your territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native French speaker with good command of English
- 7–15 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in new business development and account management
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers (C-suite level)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Background in TIC, certification, consulting, or training services is a plus
- Degree-level education or equivalent
