About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the regional sales strategy for BSI’s Core Training services in Southern Europe
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Develop a high-performing, client-focused sales team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams
- Maintain strong knowledge of assurance services and market trends
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
